Blend Experiments With New Beta Version Of Its Website
NASHVILLE, TN – Blend, today, announced the release of its new, experimental redesign as it continues to refine and perfect both the appearance and functionality of its portal into the online world.
The new look retains the feel of the old site, while eliminating the sidebar in favor of a new navigation system and a content-rich footer. “Most of the site’s functionality is accessible from the header and footer,” a designer that worked on the redesign said. The new footer features links to all of the site’s most important content, including the agency’s about page, portfolio, and contact information. Likewise, a redesigned header handles the site’s navigation alongside an AJAX-powered “live-search” box.
Blend 2.0, as it’s been dubbed internally, is powered by recent research from the fields of neuroscience, marketing, psychology, and design. The new locations and stylings of a number of elements have been changed to give the site’s visitors a better experience that helps them find what they’re looking for and makes it easy to understand each and every piece of the growing site.
Blend’s new design is considered experimental for the time being and the agency is curious to hear your feedback, ideas, and suggestions. The design team can be reached by contacting the agency’s press center at [email protected].
