Fuse Skincare For Men

Branding / Product & Packaging Design / Advertising (Print)

Fuse is a concept for a new line of consumer skincare products that simplifies cosmetics for men. By design, the brand is based around three core products that work together to create a well-balanced and powerful routine that’s as easy as it is stylish. Its bottles, much like the products themselves, reflect the brand’s minimalist approach to skincare in favor of limiting choices and making it easier for consumers to make choices about their skincare products.
Branding
The branding approach to Fuse integrates three core aspects of daily facial skin care into an experience that is meant to be simple, refreshing, and enjoyable. The word ’simply’ appears consistently throughout the products’ touchpoints, primarily their packaging and advertising, in an effort to unify the brand’s message of relief from the decision paralysis that can often accompany mens’ skincare shopping experiences.
Product Design
The bottles for Fuse were designed to shine light on the product’s themselves, while at the same time establishing a new look in a competitive market without going overboard. The face of each bottle carries a matte finish with the exception of “Fuse,” which appears in black glossy ink.
Fuse packaging maintains the brand’s core message of simplicity by limiting text and establishing a three-color system that distinguishes its products from one-another to develop product recognition over time. The company’s flagship product, its Face Wash, appears in orange based on its connotation of energy and its ability to function well both as a standalone product and within the product line at large.
