For non-members, the brand’s largest audience, EYES|ONLY is a destination for the best luxury experiences on the planet curated by entrepreneurs, celebrities, enthusiasts, and adventurers. From urban helicopter adventures to famous chefs that will make you dinner tonight and everything in between, EYES|ONLY is a gateway to the hippest lifestyle on the planet through the lens of food, drink, fashion, technology, travel, adventure, and more.

For members, a highly exclusive and specific audience, EYES|ONLY is a gateway to the ultimate luxury lifestyle experience that unlocks secret perks, products, services, and experiences anywhere members go everywhere on the planet. Members have access to the brand’s global collection of secret menus and experiences at the best restaurants, bars, hotels, and shopping destinations around the world.

For partners, EYES|ONLY is the complete opposite of the daily deal and the polar opposite of Groupon. Instead of offering discounts to get people to try something because it’s on sale (which attracts the deal seeker), EYES|ONLY works with brands to help them do what they do even better and connects them to an audience (the experience seeker) that will love that experience and pay a premium to be a part of it. EYES|ONLY uses a mix of web, email, mobile, and social media marketing to create a digital layer to the physical world that lets partners (namely bars, restaurants, hotels, and luxury shopping destinations) reach customers, measure results, and build relationships in ways that harness state-of-the-art technology to create experiences that are truly magical.

Social Media Strategy

From the ground up, EYES|ONLY is a state-of-the-art technology platform that is tightly integrated with Facebook to make its members lives easier than ever before. Following a philosophy that the world doesn’t need another account, username, or password, EYES|ONLY integrates with members existing profiles to alleviate the need to create a new one. Likewise, the service delivers secrets to qualified members when they use Facebook to check-in at partner restaurants, bars, hotels, and more–also eliminating the need for members to install new apps or visit websites to be part of the experience.

The service also contains a proprietary relevancy engine that automatically tailors all communications with each member based on the brands that he or she interacts with on Facebook, his or her favorite places, and other criteria that help EYES|ONLY to create an experience that feels like magic. Members also earn points for liking content on Facebook, sharing EYES|ONLY content, and inviting friends to come along for the ride.
